Our dried fruit snacks are made solely from 100% natural, whole fruit - nothing else! Each variety contains only one ingredient: organic bananas, apples, blueberries, cherries, or mangoes that have been sliced and dried. No added sugar, no preservatives, no seed oils, no dyes, and no artificial ingredients. Just 100% natural fruit.

  • A description of the product issues
  • Supporting photo(s) of the product issues

Our team will review your request to determine whether a replacement or refund is required. If approved, you are not required to return the product. We'd rather save you the hassle and reduce carbon emissions from shipping back a returned product.

19. How do I cancel my Mortal Munchies Subscription?

We hate to see you go, but life happens–we get it. You can adjust the frequency of your subscription or cancel the subscription at any time. We offer the following subscription intervals: 1 month, 2 months. To change or cancel your subscription, visit Mortal Munchies, go to your “Account Details”, select “Manage Subscriptions,” then adjust the “Subscription” interval or cancel your subscription.  You can also contact us at help@mortalmunchies.com and we can help you with your request. 

20. Can I gift Mortal Munchies to someone else?

Absolutely! And we love the idea giving #HardcoreHealthySnacks. At Checkout, enter the recipient’s shipping address and the product will be shipped directly to that person. At this time, “Gift Notes” are not available

21. Can I skip my next subscription order instead of canceling?

Yes, you can easily skip your next shipment directly from your account. Here’s how:

  • Choose Change Products or Swap Flavor.

1. Does a Mortal Munchies Subscription or One-time order include free shipping?

One-time orders: Free shipping on orders over $65.

Subscription orders: Your first shipment includes free shipping regardless of order value. Subsequent subscription shipments will include shipping charges unless the order value exceeds $65.

2. Does Mortal Munchies ship internationally?

Right now, we only ship within the USA. If anything changes, we’ll share an announcement! 

3. How long does it take for my shipment to arrive? 

That depends on which shipping option you choose:

  • Standard or Free shipping: Estimated 5-7 days
  • Ridiculously Fast shipping: Estimated 3-5 days 
  • Teleported Basically shipping: Estimated 1-2 days

1. What is Onward (Carbon-neutral shipping protection)?

We’ve partnered with Onward to provide Mortal Munchies customers with optional carbon-neutral shipping protection and a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on your purchase. When you add Onward to your order, you’ll be protected against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You’ll also have 90 days after your purchase to try Mortal Munchies. If you’re not happy with your Mortal Munchies products, Onward will work with us to make it right or refund your purchase. If you have questions, feel free to contact us at help@mortalmunchies.com and we will get you squared away!

2. How does Onward (Carbon-neutral shipping protection) work?

Onward Shipping Protection is an on-demand concierge service that covers our customers in case they have shipping issues or aren’t happy with their first purchase. If you add Onward to your Mortal Munchies order at checkout, you’ll be able to file a claim with just a few clicks, have the option of receiving a refund or a reorder based on the type of claim, and your claim will be reviewed for approval within an hour. Once the claim has been approved, Onward will submit a replacement order or issue a refund, on your behalf. You can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward Protection sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.

3. How do I file a shipping claim with Onward Protection?

If you’ve added Onward to your Mortal Munchies order, you can quickly file a claim through the email that Onward sends you after you place your order, or you can file here.

4. Who does Onward partner with to make shipments carbon-neutral?

Onward has partnered with Cool Effect, a 501c non-profit climate change organization, to neutralize carbon emissions from your shipments covered with Onward. When you add Onward to your order, you automatically take action against climate change.

5. If I have Onward Package Protection, and my package is lost, what should I do?

If a package is lost in transit, and you have Onward Protection, you can file a claim starting 5 days after the last tracking update for United States domestic shipments and within 30 days from the last valid tracking checkpoint. Occasionally, carriers may mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. In those cases, Onward Protection may ask you to wait 2 business days before filing a claim.

6. If I have Onward Package Protection, and my package was stolen, what should I do?

For packages marked as delivered but not received, and you have Onward, claims must be submitted at least 2 days after the recorded delivery date and within 15 days of that date.

For high-value claims (items valued over $500), Onward may request additional documentation—such as a police report, valid photo ID, or a contact number—to verify the claim and ensure proper resolution.

7. If I have Onward Package Protection, but I am not satisfied with the products, what should I do?

If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can file a claim within 90 days from the delivery date. Coverage applies to one unit per product in the order (so if you ordered 3 of the same item, only 1 is eligible). This guarantee is separate from any warranty or return policy offered by Mortal Munchies or the product’s manufacturer. In some cases, Onward may ask you to send the product back.

8. If I have Onward Package Protection, and my package was damaged during delivery, what should I do?

A damage claim should be submitted to Onward. Claims to Onward for damaged deliveries must be submitted within 15 days of the delivery date, date provided by the carrier tracking information. Make sure to include clear photo evidence of the damage. Please note that cosmetic damage—such as dents, scratches, nicks, or chips that don’t affect how the product works—is not covered. Additionally, manufacturing defects, packaging errors, and unsealed items are not eligible under this policy. Onward may request additional proof such as videos or more photos.

9. If I have Onward Package Protection, and the wrong product was sent to me, what should I do?

If the wrong item was delivered, a claim must be submitted to Onward within 15 days of the delivery date. To help resolve the issue quickly, photo or video evidence may be required to verify the mix-up.

Note: Onward does not cover mistakes made during checkout (like ordering the wrong item).

10. If I have Onward Package Protection, and an item is missing from my order, what should I do?

If an item is missing from the delivery, a claim must be submitted to Onward within 15 days of the recorded delivery date.To verify the issue, supporting evidence—such as photos, videos, or other relevant documentation—may be requested to confirm that the item was not included in the shipment.

11. If I have Onward Package Protection, and my package was “returned to sender”, what should I do?
